As a women-led non profit, Nia Community Foundation can shine a light on the men who are  stepping up to support women leaders.  These are men who serve as role models to other men, who are advocating for women in asset management roles. According to a study by the Knight Foundation, women and diverse led firms manage just 1.4% of assets in the $84 trillion asset management industry. With numbers that have not improved in decades we need a new approach.
